BMR will give you the best bang for your $, Pfadt to me is a better quality but substantially more $...one of those you get what you pay for....

450-500whp I would do the following:

LCA Bushings
Trailing Arms
Toe Rods
Diff Bushings and Cradle Bushings (NOT INSERTS!)...

Until you're FI you really don't need to mind axles.. Nor the Diff its self really...Maybe consider a Diff cover if you are worried about it but I wouldn't be.

Sways are nice but don't do anything for drag so unless you're driving twisties or concerned with body roll I would push those a little lower on the priority...

Springs will help/ADJUSTABLE Coil-Overs are better...

You are an M6 so a Posi-Mod wouldn't be a bad idea either so you can have both wheels spinning at the same rate (no more one wheel burnouts).

ADM doesnt make BMR, BMR does. They are based here in my hometown and are a great product.

Sorry I disappeared after that post...ended up at the bar!! But yea I was thinking a totally stock exhaust system going to LT headers and catless extensions on a supercharged vehicle. If the cats are already removed then I still think he will gain a decent amount of power. I'd say somewhere around 30 now.

Thanks Birm, sounds like I have alot of research to do........

I wasn't trying to refer that ADM makes BMR. I was saying I think I read somewhere that ADM makes bushing and things of that sort now.

I think it is doable as well. I've always thought 20 hp per pound of boost was more the conservative number.

Honeslty it varies on a few things; 10 psi on a motor that eats 100 lb/min of air is different than 10 psi on a motor that is eating 80 lb/min of air. Obviously the motor that consumes more air will make more power per psi. The amount of air consumed depends on tb, intake, heads, cam, compression, etc. Lots of variables.

20 is the more commonly used # since it does end up being an average...

Guess I was being ULTRA conservative since there was some doubt that it could be done with such a simple mod.

As much as I hate to say it, JRE (Janetty) has the only one I know of.

http://www.jreperformanceparts.com/g...-posi-mod.html

I would put this mod AFTER the trailing arms/toe rods LCA Bushings/Diff & Cradle Bushings though.... As TO ME they are more important.

Hahaha

The price isn't bad. I was expecting it to be more....

As far as trailing arms, tie rods, and bushing, can they be done separately or is it better to do them all together?

I'd do them together, well at least trailing arms and toe rods. You'll more than likely need an alignment after. Better to just get one instead of paying for a couple alignments.
