I have sworn out warrants for assault against folks it is basically the same thing except he would have claimed wreckless driving. This is per the officer who came to my door as well as several law enforcement officers I have spoken to.

I worked with law enforcement guys for years doing homeland security and I don't disagree but, it's not that easy. Getting a warrant sworn out against a person requires more then hear say. As you said they would need video or several people to agree to the action. One person just calling in will not happen. I would be shocked if it did put it that way.

Do you mean reckless in the sense of heedless of consequences, or do you mean wreckless in the sense of not having a wreck?
