YES!! I snuck mine out about a week or so ago on a sunny day after the rain washed the salt off the road, but its killing me to have a driveway ornament right now. (yes, my car is actually safer in the driveway than the garage--damn kids)

Mine is in my garage up on jackstands right now as I am swapping the cam. I waited for the first snowfall here in Jersey to start the project because I try to keep it out of the snow and salt as they salt like there is no tomorrow around here. Luckily I have a beater car. Actually, driving it in the snow is no big deal for me I just try to stay out of the sloppy salty mess the day or so after until the roads dry up. I have had the car just over a year and have over 15,000 miles on it so it is definitely not a garage queen but there are the 15-20 days of salt I will avoid.

I have a wonderful car wash you guys can visit here in Terre Haute, Indiana. It's called "Mike's Car Wash", and they do a wonderful job. You just need to go more often in the winter. See you at Mike's...lol.

Sorry I didn't see this thread before I started one just like it. I feel your pain. Mine is tucked away till ???????? My winter beater has no heat, and is a total POS. Sucks making that payment when I can't drive it.

I think I have only driving my Camaro 2-3 times since Thanksgiving. I know it’s been 3 weeks just sitting my garage since I last took her for a drive. Maybe it is just me but it has been 3 worry free weeks of knowing she is safe! This weekend looks to be in the 40s so I am hoping to take her out and stretch her legs for a little bit!

I finally left out today to hit the store, and i return to work tomorrow. The car handled well on some icy conditions, considering I have the summer tires on. I took it easy, but given I have experience from up north, i wasn't too worried about my reaction. The main issue I kept seeing were the idiots not respecting the conditions. A hill i took it easy going up, on my way back home about 5 cars had an accident. How is that even possible given the ice can be seen long before you hit the damn hill is beyond me.

I don't miss the snow, thats ones of the many reasons i moved.

I was so bad, I forced myself to buy a PS3 when Gran Turismo came out so I could drive a Surrogate Camaro! LOL

Winters are long in Vermont, Put away in the garage till mid April, just to make sure no salt on the roads, winter sucks.

Ive only had my winter beater for a couple days, and I already miss my car. It looks so pitiful sitting covered in snow. I drove it in the snow and road salt for a while, but decided it wasn't worth risking having some other idiot do something stupid and damage my car. As soon as the roads get better, its back out we go.
