LOL! There is a dealership in MB SC that does this. SC is a one plate state, yet this dealership orders the front license plate bracket for all his inventory so he can display his dealership advertisement plate. In addition to this, he sticks on a dealer nameplate in the rear of the car and a rear license plate frame.

NOT INSULTING!! What is insulting is the fact that they put free advertising on the back of YOUR car! Make THEM take it off and if they damage the paint, THEY fix it.

I feel dealerships should either give the common courtesy to ask if they may put it on YOUR car or just do what most do these days, use a plate bracket.
