Doing the Dexter Jackson Classic gave me really great experience and seeing all the experience on that stage taught me alot!

Bonnie you looked great. You are getting yourself in great shape, and look awesome. Your quote is so true. The quote I heard lately that I have embraced is one from my 3 year old grandson:

Thats right girl! I'm gonna take it to the next level and quit trying to do all this by myself,

Heart of Dixie in Mobile, Alabama where I live, its not as big of a show as Dexter jackson,

you beat me to it, but only in the legs. I think the upper part of you is rockin. The back, definitely dialin in, shoulders looking good too. Maybe the bi's (only a little) and legs were soft. But to get on stage and get that far.. I know what it takes, and girl you are awesome! Great job and good luck on the next one coming up.

Stay away from the weights and focus on your diet and cardio to dial those legs in.

+1, there's a point where it just doesn't look natural anymore (and isn't in reality IMO)

I'm not sure you will find one more qualified than you.

Maybe a "consultant", that can look at you differently than "how you see yourself". It's hard being our critics and we see things differently about our body. We all do that. You do look amazing girl. I hope you are replying to this message on the treadmill.
