He talked to the sales rep at lou fusz and his camaro got shipped early by mistake so yes it is the only one in the area as of right now.

Did your dad take the car back to have the stripes put on?
Because the one I saw at Fusz on Wednesday afternoon (& took pictures of) did not have stripes.

I was there about 4 PM on Wednesday.

Hey, tell your Dad i said I've got first dibbs, Lou Fusz and GM asked me if i wanted to bump my order to an SS since i was first at the dealer. Because i said no---you guys got yours now. lol...No Serious. Tim McAllister at the dealer is the primary Camaro contact. Us STL folks wanna see & hear the SS

Are the stripes shiny?

Yea the stripes get put on at the dealer and thats what we had done...Our camaro is the 2SS with an RS package which would be a step up from the SS and no the stripes are kind of like a matte finish

When did your dad have them put on?

Did he take delivery and then bring it back for the stripes or did he not take delivery of it Wednesday evening?

My dad had them put the stripes before he even drove it. He picked it up Friday afternoon.

He didn't pick it up Wednesday night like they told me he was going to do.

Wow. He let it sit there for 2.5 days.
I could have never done that. I would have been chomping at the bit.

O M G AWESOME How good did the stripes come out? I M freaking dying here I got a rjt coming my way soon black stripes 2ss how good of a job did the dealer do on the stripes i have been very nervous about the stripes they screw mine up i'll be pissed.

The stripes did come of great. The guy that put em on said it took him four hours cause he didnt want to be know as the guy who messed up one of the first camaro sold. But the stripes really show alot or pollen with all of it floatin around
