Forgive me for jacking this thread, but I am a little obsessed with seeing a CRT Camaro. Hurst Equipped took a great shot above but in the background appears to be a CRT Camaro convertible. It appears behind the ZL1 Carbon Coupe and almost trunk to trunk with the Victory Red 1LE and under the Hot Wheels slide. Can anyone that was there confirm the color of this convertible?

I'm really liking that GLJ Ashen Gray the more I see it....I'm happy I chose that color. The CF and black painted wheels will contrast nicely on the dark side of the color spectrum. Stealthy and sinister...like a DARPA project.

I agree that it appears to be a CRT Convertible in the photo. Let's hope that someone who attended the SEMA show is nice enough to post some detailed pictures of the CRT Convertible.

Turns out it was a Crystal Red Convertible from SEMA. Thanks to Sean from Phastek and the ever beautiful BeckyD, here are some pictures of the CRT Vert in the background. GB, this will give you an idea of what your car will look like.

Yes, the color is very rich and eye catching. The photoshop picture on the bottom is kinda close don't you think?

Don't think those photos of the CRT are accurate in terms of what the color will look like in person - look at the 1LE concept on the last one - it looks orange and yet its VR in reality...

Lighting esp on the CRT makes a big differance, I mean in those pics the CRT looks more like Victory Red. The lighting is so bright, I bet if the car was taken outside on a cloudy day it would look closer to the red jewel color. I went and looked at three differant Caddies all with the CRT paint, and when the sun hits it the color just looks awesome. Bring it inside and it takes on a totally darker less vibrant color. I'm not trying to be crytical at all, and it's a color that I may end up getting. I would just like to see some more of the CRT in some outside pics. The photo crop one although looks pretty cool is just not a close rendition of of the CRT color. Don't get mad at me Old Jedi I agree with you on most of the posts you have written .

I have a 2012 Chevy with CRT. It looks different than that, it's the interior lighting. The color can vary dramatically inside a lighted venue. I for one saw that first hand at the last car show I attended at NYC. Also the digital camera can often throw off colors under those circumstances.
