Obviously, if that is your neighbor standing in that picture, then he doesn't care what his dog does. Confronting him directly might be asking for more trouble. I would try the dog repellant spray first. If that doesn't work, then you can at least say you tried to settle it peacably. Then go to your apartment or HOA manager and complain.

its not the dog's fault... but the owner should get his ass kicked.

First just talk to your neighbor. Some people are oblivious for some reason. Don't escalate the situation right off the bat. If he is an arrogant jerk then follow up politely that you will let the police handle it. Hopefully he gets the message and it stops, if not then you can go from there. Good Luck because he is a jerk for allowing that to happen but like I said some people are just oblivious as to what is going on around them.

I would do what the reasonable posts have suggested; take a second or two to cool off, and bring the problem up to your neighbor amicably. If he refuses to amend this obviously disrespectful behavior, then take it higher up by filing a complaint. It's about all you can do in lieu of any structural damage to the vehicle.

People do it anyway, I constantly have to go out and 'remind' these idiots of these facts. Dog owners: Your dog toilet is your own yard. And no, its not nature doing what is does, it is civilization. You want nature, go to a park or someplace way outside of people.
I seriously doubt the majority of dog owners think that way, and if someone does feel that way, they shouldn't have a dog in an urban area.

That MUST stop ASAP
That's pretty much the case. Like you, I'd never let mine do that to anyone's car.

OP...is that the owner of the dog in the picture with the dog?!? Assuming so, that adds some serious insult to injury. I would be livid, too.

I'd be reporting him to the HOA, the police and anyone else who would listen (I guess that includes Camaro5. )

I could see if the guy stopped and had a conversation with someone and his dog took a piss while he was looking the other way. I still would of came out the house like wtf, get ur dog off my car. But this guy isn't oblivious to anything, he's clearly looking right at the dog while he pisses all over your shit.

Either grow a pair, or continue to wash dog piss off your camaro. It's as simple as that.

I have a couple more photos at different times of the day of the same thing.
Is he some kind of Enviro-Whacko? Thinks he's saving the planet by vandalizing your evil carbon spewing transportation?

By the way, urine is super acidic and will eat the metal up. The wheels are very vulnerable because the tiny stone chips expose bare aluminum and it is easily attacked by the acid and that causes black corrosion spots that spread under the wheel coating and peel it off.

If he does it in the day time like this and you know the time I would wait for the dog to have his leg up like that and then I'd hit the "panic" button on the key fob. Imagine whe dog getting honked at in mid-pee.

Of course you MUST have a camera rolling and upload it to youtube and be sure to include the name of the guy who did that so when the video goes viral the whole world will know that a disrespectful d*uche the guy is.
