Not overseas, but I turned down some stupid money.
Working 4-hours from home in the windfarms of north Texas and don't have anyone trying to blow me up(yet). Money's still good, but working 84-88 hour weeks and being away is taking it's toll. At least I still get to look at the car, if I don't drive it much. So I don't get here much.

Traci, any idea how your kit would do with a little juice or would the turbo be a better route? I realize you likely haven't done an LLT yet, but I bet you've done others before.

Welcome back. Are you talking juice + FI? Can't wait for the answer on this one.

When spending 6+ grand you need to search for a trustworthy and hopefully proven product, or at least go with a company that will support you after the purchase.

I think both RX and IPF would do that, and honestly I wouldn't be scared to go in either direction.

RX has had somewhat of a delay or hold up on getting dyno numbers out for its SC kit, which I think has caused some of the "bashing" issues we've seen to date. But really, through driver impressions and videos, the car really seems to run great. Its only a matter of time before we see the RX SC kit putting down the numbers on the dyno and at the strip.

IPF had one hell of hiccup with their initial announcement of their kit when they showed a video of their SC car against an SS with no real numbers. The bashing took place, they dissapeared, but now they are back with what looks to be a good product and gaining respect.

Again, in the end there is no real reason to bash either of these kits right now. They have their differences of course and one may be more appealing than the other depending on your situation.

Now lets keep the thread moving forward.
Well said!

I am looking forward to performance numbers for both kits from all the current and future builds! Should be real fun to see how each will perform.

Our cars will be together this weekend, and I will get pictures posted.

Spray on FI can be used but a small shot (50) is all I would do on the LLT.

We have 4 LLT's w/SC and several TT and 5 more SC kits shipping out this week.

We are making 8# boost with the SC optional billet crank dampner/pulley and it comes on much sooner.

On a turbo, spray is common to use to help spool quicker but there is a limit to these motors. We will be releasing our forged version in the future so hope to see above 500 rwhp with it.

Tracy, are you going to Camaro Fest? Would like to meet you, see your SC kit in person and watch it in action.

360-390 hp and 290-310 tq with the IPF kit, as far as the Rx we don't know since no one has had it dyno'd with a stock pulley.

For the IPF kit,
My LLT has 391 rwhp and 319 rwtq, the LFX has 396 rwhp ..forgot the rwtq =( These cars were tuned in Arizona. Riki's Camaro is in Colorado also at a different elevation and different DA, where her camaro has 360 rwhp, with a little tuning it could be making up to 390.

From stock at the crank it would be about 308 hp and now its over 445 hp

Yes we will have several at C5 fest and should have a twin turbo or 2 there as well.

Dyno SAE correction factors in DA but the dyno graph riki has was just done with manual correction factor and as of yet no one has posted SAE corrected so there are no accurate dyno graphs......would love to see them though for all to be fair and accurate.

As for drag racing times the higher the DA the slower a car will run and the lower the DA the quicker.

All dyno software has SAE correction (the industry standard) to use otherwise any of can manipulate a dyno graph to show #'s we want....that is why there is the standard set in the industry to be fair. SAE is what we want to see on both systems....then there are no games either of us can play.

You should see 1/4 mile times from TX posted tomorrow as one RX system is running tonight.
