She was very helpful to me when I had an issue last year. Only issue in the years that I've had OnStar.

Maybe you were sniffling because you're a Jets fan?? I can say that because I've been crying because I'm a Bills fan!

Actually they're way worse. Love the product (SiriusXM), but their sales and customer service people are the worst of any company I've dealt with.

I simply removed my credit card info from my on-star account page, now I get invoiced for renewals, I do the same with Sirius.

+1 I cancelled OnStar but i did the same for Sirius/XM. Went to my account page and removed my CC and they can't charge me. The only reason i keep XM is because i only listen to 7 or 8 stations that are commercial free. I really really hate commercials. When i threaten to cancel they give me a lower rate that i can live with. Been doing that for the last year now. Oh yea did i mention i hate commercials?

Get a 32 gig I-pod, put on 3000 of your favorite songs, no commercials and you like every song that plays, plus, lots cheaper over time then any radio channel except the local free ones.

Dude, your first mistake was even calling on star to argue.

All you have to do is log into your credit card account, find the transaction, select dispute, then most have an option that reads (service canceled), they ask for the date you canceled and your done

The card company would have dealt with it.

I don't listen to music much. I don't have an I-pod and if i did i would have to pay to down load the songs since i don't have a music library. Besides that i drive my car once a week if that so i'm good with XM for now.
