Installed yesterday. No problems at all. Only took a few hours. I got it pushed all the way in flush. Looks and works great! Thanks

There is also a metal tab that needs to be bent out of the way, which the sub hits before the carpet is a factor. It should go back a few inches yet.

ye I know, just a bit lazy lately, will get around to it some time in the next few weeks...LOL. have some beer left over from the cook outs this week end, will use that as incentive this week.....maybe
