Here are the facts of the order.

You first contacted us on Monday June 30th. Here is a copy of the most important email in terms of time that was sent on Monday.




Next is a Copy of our Website showing the ship times and that they do ship from the Manufacture.




Next is the Time and Date the order was placed by a Gwen online. The 2nd was a Wednesday.



The next picture is a screen shot of the Lug Nuts shipping Fed Ex from Georgia the same day the order was placed.



Next is the Email form that was filled out on our website Thursday and sent to us. There is also a response back from us as well.



Now at this point we had not received tracking by the end of the day, but we had called the Manufacture to make sure these wheels were going to ship. So here is the time and date cut from the email that was sent to us from FedEx by the manufacture. You will see the date that we received this email was at 12:01am July 4th. If we had been here July 4th this would have been updated, which I do apologize for that.



Next you will see the top of the tracking from FedEx. You will see the date shipped and the delivery time.

Its no big worry. I had to come in today to catch up from having the 4th off. We will be short handed this week with some of our guys on Vacation. So I pick up the slack.

On a side note, I installed the CAI that I ordered from you the other day (shipped to me real fast and in time for me to do it on my one day off, self-employed, on the 4th!). I have a window open at this very moment with some more items I will be placing on order by the end of day today.

I'm very sorry I didn't just kill this thread in the beginning

It is better that you didn't. Letting this follow to the end was perfect. We all had the chance to follow the full story and I'm sure we all came away (like I did) that Phastek will stand behind their service. I see that as a big win for those of us who have planned purchases and Phastek. Sometimes, its best to let it play out to the end...
