If you can, line up the stock spring and the BMR spring side by side so the bottom end of the spring is lined up at the same spot on both. Does the top of the spring end at the same point?
It is very common for aftermarket companies to carry over product year after year with little or no testing as they assume the parts are the same as their resources are limited. If/when an OEM makes a subtle change the aftermarket company tends to be reactive and not proactive in dealing with these types of situations. Not saying this is the issues here, but it may be. Good luck, Matt

Yea I was actually looking at them and said to myself that if the coils started and stopped in the same place as the oem one, probably wouldn't be a issue....here's a pic

Ok, hopefully it doesn't take too long. I'm gonna put off on doing my alignment til we hear back from them. Please post whatever info you get from them on here for the rest of us to know.

Hey guys, I'm really sorry you are having issues with our springs. Gabe and I spoke a little bit ago and I am working with our design guys to figure out the issue as quickly as possible. We will have a few different strut assemblies put together in the morning to see if we can recreate the issue.
As soon as I have some info to report (good or bad) I will post it! Gabe, I am really sorry your car is stuck on jackstands! I am working as hard as I can to get this resolved as soon as possible! Thank you for being patient! -Pete |

Ok. So mr Pete called me and they are gonna put some things together tomorrow as he stated. I went to a local reputable shop and the owner and their mechanics think the spring is defective. The coil on top where it comes to a end, sits higher than the other side of the coil, therefore not leaving a level surface for the tophat to seat itself. (If that makes any sense) lol but yea, let's see what Pete and BMR come up with

The bigger gap on the BMR coil causes it to not have a level surface, flat enough for the tophat to seat itself
