Yup...do the SS/RS
4 pack of guages are not part of the RS package, they are in
the "2" pkg(ie 2SS, 2LT) Also the spoiler is already included on the SS pkg.
imo the RS pkg isn't worth it. I drive alot at night and the halogen headlights are very good and bright, and alot easier(and cheaper) to replace when one burns out. Yes they burn out, had an HID burn out on my '06 C6 Corvette,
not cheap. Also, break one and see what they cost, HID aprox $700 for whole assembly, Halogen $160 for whole
assembly.

I bought the same $1750 headers, the Hurst shifter, Hotchkis and Borla exhaust.

I am going to buy the car how I want it and when I had the extra $3900, I bought the bolt on stuff. I am not rolling in dough, but I anticipated the car for 2 years and saved.

ANYONE can get anything after the fact. It is the initial investment which is the component we refer to "worth". Is the RS package worth the initial $1200 investment? To most people, yes.

I guess it depends on why you are buying a camaro. I bought one for the style and the fun factor. The rs package makes the camaro in my opinion. I wasn't really worried about another $1200. I did not buy my camaro to go trash on every weekend (I have a low 9 sec car to do that too). I am not trying to get every horse out of it either. So if you need the 1200 to get a mod you want to make the car go faster then spend it on that. If you want a car that looks really nice get the rs package. Either way you will be happy with your choice. The car is a blast to drive and the rs package has nothing to do with that.

I wondered what the heck that noise was. Shutters? I will have to have someone hit the highs so I can watch and see whats going on. Not looking directly in to it of course! I drove my Avalanche (2003) tonight for the first time in a week. I thought this thing sucks! The lights are so dim! But did like all the windows and view! ha ha

Worth every penny.

If I could go back in time, I would order the exact same thing.
