Saying you don't like the C3 doesn't count. For example, I think that the C3's were the BEST body-style Corvettes to date! (next to the C6)

For bumblebee: The grill is what throws me off. Looks meaner, but definitely reminds me of old third gen type lines. Looks more like a retro car and less like the new camaro.

I don't know exactly what your on, but the C3 was most definetly the best design of a Corvette ever. Have you ever seen the Mako II? It literally melts peoples faces...

I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING..... ok its not that important, but it's a cool thought, sry if it's been said..... but maybe, just maybe they were able to rebuilt Jazz, but they could not use his old GXP form, so they decided to use a super-new C7 Corvette instead .... that would be pretty sweet .

While you might rain on my parade, I don't mind getting wet. My style preference for Corvettes goes as follows:

I believe GM needs to move as far away as possible from the current Corvette design and have a fresh start and completely new look. This concept of the C7 if it is looks refreshing and hints at the C3 generation and concept corvette Indy which was fantastic. However you can say both are extremely different. (One has a long nose the other a long rear) However both were radical departures from the current stylings at the time... This picture looks like a cross between the batmobile, a current caddy XLR and a C3... me likey

I mean it looks like they took a C3 and decided to make it look even more amazing. GM should run with this design and quickly retire the current generation of Corvette's.. At the autoshow, people wouldn't stop and take a look at the ZR1 for more than a few seconds because the shape and body are everywhere the car no longer looks unique.. People did stare at the Bumblebee for more than 15 minutes at a time and took dozens of pictures of it..And yes I stayed near the Bumblebee and observed this for a couple hours..

All in black baby and that is the splitting image of a Batmobile..

im just going by facts and resale and appeal factor. the c3 was the slowest and worste suspension ever made. it also was the most uncomfortable vette. the motors were very underpowered (due to emision changes in the 70's) and the body suspension was just not as tight as the c4. i never said they didnt look good i just said i dont think they should re-design a all star vette, after one of the worste years. and these stats arent just my opinion.

i never said they werent the best design i just said that over all they were one of the worst styles. in the begining of the c3 they were pretty sweet looking. motor was ok but then toward the end of the c3 they really went south. the fiberglass bumpers and detuned motors, and wobbly suspension.
