On the Interstate most people realize how slow they're going and speed up! Seriously

90, I had to pretend I was from New York to see my results. I was disappointed it wasn't perfect though. One was a stupid mistake (crossing a double solid to enter a driveway is allowed) and the other isn't a concern to me (If a police officer believes that you are driving under the influence you can refuse to be tested) since I never intend to drive drunk or refuse testing.

90, but I dont agree with 1 I missed.

7. A vehicle is passing you on the left. You should:
Your answer: Keep driving at the same speed and do not slow down.
Right answer: Slow down slightly and keep to the right. After the vehicle passes and is ahead of you, resume your normal speed.

If someone is passing me on the left, why should I slow down? I should just drive along and let him pass.

F-that. Why should I alter what I am doing at all because he is in a big ass hurry? Not like he/she is going to get out of the left lane anyhow...

Just saying, thats a dumb question.

Say I am cruising along at the posted limit in the right lane with my cruise. There is ZERO chance I would break my cruise to slow down to let someone pass me. Whats the difference? They are going to go by anyhow.

you asked why ... I explained why

And generally a 'pass' is when someone comes up behind you, changes lanes, then moves in front of you. Gradual overtaking on the highway due to the natural speed differential is different.

here we go, I made a better test. Not really sure what it proves besides the fact that I just have waaayyyy too much free time.
