What are you doing to get this power to the ground?
50 hp is alot of power to add at the wheels, and I know suspension can make your car respond better and give you better handling and feeling. I really dont know what its worth but also I only have a v6... If i could make my v6 feel and respond like it has 50 more hp that would be alot to me. |

Great hearing from you. My experiences with the twin turbos on 3 other GTOs is rear hps, 2 local to me and 1 in Las Vegas, all were well over 600hp. All running Pedders by the way! I hope your new adventure works out well for you. Take care mike dms |

Here is our first level Drag Package that is specifically designed to add rear control for the stronger launch.
CAMARO DRAG I Camaro Drag I The Zeta II CAMARO Platform is an excellent beginning suspension package that can be greatly improved with the magic that Pedders has to offer. Wheel hop is an issue for the new Camaro and this kit eliminates 2 of the major causes of unwanted and un-needed movement. It also improves the strength of your OE front radius rod bushings, allows you to add 1 to 1.25 degrees of positive caster in the from, plus with the alignment kit, you will be able to get your rear tires to a more desirable camber for better tire grip. Item Code Description Qty EP1167HD Zeta HD Differential Mounts 1 EP1201HD Camaro HD Rear Sub Frame Repl 1 EP6578 Camaro Fnt Radius Rod bush ins 1 PDUSACAMFULL Camaro Full Alignment Kit 1 What do these parts do? 1. EP1167HD is a very serious bushing that will allow more torque to transfer to the wheels by making serious control of the differential movement 2. EP1201HD is are best and strongest sub frame bushing. This will keep the subframe firmly attached to the body and eliminate unwanted movement. Again, a VERY serious bushing for very serious control 3. EP6578 is a front bushing insert that help protect the fluid filled OE front radius rod bushing, which is important, especially on those very heavy launches or jamming on the brakes to prepare for that serious twisty corner. 4. PDUSACAMFULL. This is a critical kit for adding control and transfer of torque and hp. For the front, you will be able to add 1.0 to 1.25 degrees of additional front caster. This will seriously add control and handling improvements for all types of performance from road racing to drag racing, to just hitting the twisties in your neighborhood. The added adjustability of the rear camber and toe goes way beyond what the OE adjusters can do. You will be able to fine tune camber and toe to reduce understeer, and decrease negative camber to get a better tire foot print to put down more efficient hp. Now this is our first level package. mike dms |

Ok I have been reading this thread and I have alway believed that better susspension parts make your HP more efficient. A friend of mine Nick drag races his L98 stock motor slightly tweaked but with the right suspension he can lift the front of the car up. He tells me "why do you think guys at the track use slicks?" It's effeciency what good is all that power if you can't put it down.

I have roadtested 5 Camaros with the HD diff and EP1201HD and did not hear any additional road noise. Even in our Pedders Camaro, there is no more road noise. Now depending on how you drive, you might pick up a slight increase in ride firmness. Keep in mind, the 2 hd bushings are serious bushings and have a primary purpose to transfer power and toque mike dms |

Hey Mike,
Does Pedders participate in any events around the Bay Area? It would be cool to represent new & old modified Camaros at some autox's etc. Good Guys Pleasanton in June? According to my calculations my car should be able to keep up with a Pedders 2010 Camaro Lap Time = (Car)xRWHP^3+HandlingMods*4/3+sqrt(-4)*TireGrip+DriverMod^2
