Wow, first if you have a LS you need the plastic trim parts and there any where from $140 for the dash at your dealer or dealers on here, and if you want to do the door's then its $380 for all 4 plastic trim parts.
Now for the lighting, you will need for the dash 3 LED's in your color, and a light pipe, and if you want it plug and play a harness, i can help you on the last 2, but i cant give you a price here, now if you do the doors you will need to get 2 more light pipes and i like 4 more LED's for the 2 door's. If you need more info P.M. me and look at this thread, http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130521 |

i have to say this mod for me is the neverending mod. No matter how much I weak and get it to look right, somehow after a few days it moves itself lol Still looks good though, just always tweaking

I just helped Mike (2010ABM) do his. We replaced all his panels with white panels and working ABL. I did the dash and he did the doors. Dash is the weather stripping mod...no sanding...and it's perfect. Literally...it's just like my car...perfect. The doors and dash emit the same amount of light. Same thickness, same brightness...all the same. I should start charging people for install and have them swing by the house. ![]() Ask him for some pix. I hope the blue comes up in the pix, but his are pretty damn sweet. The door panels themselves actually weren't painted with enough white....so some blue shines through. .....which is actually REALLY cool. It looks like an ice blue.... |

I never got the light tubes for the dash and driver's side dash, It's still a project quite a ways away. For the moment, my list is.. Finish changing all interior LEDs to green (except red/amber warning lights), then getting the AAC bowtie, then painting the rear diffuser to match the painted front, then..
ah well you get the pic.

You have to heat up just the end, near the front of the door panel.. The pipe itself is a little flexible, but needs bent to hold firmly in place near the front. A heat gun makes it VERY easy and quick, but a hair dryer will work in a pinch.

Any pics? I'm dying to get this done but there are so many threads I'm not sure which to follow/try. I REALLY want proper ABM that fully connects the two doors. Seriously if you want to start charging I'd do it.

I've posted a ton of pix of my install. They are scattered throughout this thread. Best bet is to click on the post # icon on the far right when looking at this main thread. It'll show you who's posted and how many posts each person has in the thread. Find my name at the top and then start checking them....lol. I posted video a page or two back as well.
![]() Looks like I'll be doing another San Antonio members here in a few as soon as he gets all his parts in from Ofer (2SSRS). |

Ok, I'm doing my ABL on the dash and cannot locate the connector in the wiring harness?? I've removed nearly all the tape looking for it...don't tell me my 2010 isn't pre-wired with the plug? Any advice is appreciated...I'm not sure what to do now.

You either don't have it because your a later VIN, or its that wire going off to the right. pull on it a little see if it comes out.

Yes, I have the later VIN number, but I was under the impression no matter the VIN, there was a pre-wired plug either behind the dash or on the fuse panel side. The wire on the right (with fabric insulation) is routed to the speaker in the dash.
