Solution
I think we can do both, one for the west coast in Vegas, and the other for the east, that way everybody happy. I have seen a lot more Camaro's cruising around here in Cali, so it could work. Can we all just get along.
I'm going to Vegas next week for business and pleasure so let me know if you need any info on location's

With no bias involved, Gateway International Raceway would be the most ideal facility from its central location to the capabilities (oval, road course, drag strip) of the facility.

That will change somewhat when Bruton moves a Cup race there in 2011, but the nearest conglomerate of hotels is in Boone County about 25-30 miles NE of the track, 10 miles south of Cincinnati. |

I totally support C5Fest being in Vegas! It would be fair since us west coasters didnt get the chance to drive a couple thousand miles to the one in Georgia. Why not just alternate year to year? Central would be great, the Kansas Speedway is pretty good, in Topeka. I think Vegas would be AWESOME tho.

I've made the drive to Las Vegas...twice. Once with my parents for family vacation and again with friends on a college trip. I don't think I could make it if it is in Las Vegas. Just now getting a year at my new job and only got 1 week worth of vacation time so far. For me to make that trip would take at least 3 of my days at once.:(
