We figure the mods stay busy enough with the ZL1 threads and the Lounge.

We're all good in here.

You're probably in the first batch... hmmm... like the SS in 09, stuck in QC for months

Next would be the rumors that a spot needs to be filled between the SS and the ZL1 - that sounds like a great pricepoint to help my childhood dreams come true!

And it's gotta be a vert!
A vert Z28, hmmmmmmmmm doubt it.

Lowdown has it right just build a 1LE and a Z28 from the 1LE by adding the LS7. We know the LS7 is going away for the 6th Gen so this is the LAST chance for a factory 427 Camaro. Please don't make us beg(anymore).
427 is Good.

3.73 with 20s is good. 3.73 on 305/30/19s is BETTER.

Dog bites man, page 106. Man bites dog, FRONT page. Z/28 spanks ZL1 and everything brand-x

The 2.97-3.42 MN6 package has a theoretical total 1st gear ratio just about the same as the 2.66-3.73 set-up. It's just that, after 1st, the MG9 is so nice 'n close...just like your best girl, at the drive-in movies on a cool night! YeeHAAAW!

Carnac, I found that mayonnaise jar on Funk 'n Wagnell's porch...and you's in a heap o' trouble, boy! That weren't no mayo...
It should pull stumps out of the ground.

Joe's ZL1 is being delivered to me in Texas. We don't want to expose it to the harsh weather in NY. Rob is coming down to do the initial shakedown drives. When Rob signs off on it then I verify it meets our standards. Then we'll install Joe's Pedders mods and repeat the process. The ZL1 will be delivered to Joe when we are convinced it is perfect. We'll be sure to leave at least 3.5K in the rubber so he can make it to the FEST on his original tires

Our house is feeling like home thanks to Mrs. Number 3's unpacking and hard work. Chicago, however, not so much. I am freqently listening to 97.1 the ticket on my iphone to and from work just to keep up on Detroit sports.
