I booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Courtyard for the 15th & 16th... those are the only nights we really need correct?

Edit: I just looked at the other thread and it said that it would be a full 2 day event... looks like I should call back and book the 14th as well...

Edit again: Now I'm booked for the 14th -16th!

According to the contract they only guaruntee that rate for the 14th, through the morning of the 17th.

But, you may ask them if they will give you that rate beyond those dates They might work with you.

I hope someone informs the gas stations around the hotel of our arrival. Last year many gas stations ran out of 93 octaine gas. LOL! It was tough to fill up before departing on the last morning.
