That shouldn't be too hard to do.

The Weather Channel says the rain is supposed to end just before the meet. Let's hope it ends a lot sooner than that! I really want to take the Camaro!! Come on dry weather!!

As of 10:30am ET Thursday, weather.com says rain stops at 6pm and it gets sunny by 7pm. Let's hope they are right!

As long as it is at least 57, I am comfortable with the top down and the heated seats on. Kids don't seem to have a problem with it either (they had me put it down when it was sunny & 50 out and didn't complain and I was cold).

Sunny and 57 is close enough for me.

Where to find us in Rusty Bucket

OK gang, when you first walk-into the Rusty Bucket (RB), the first thing you will see is the horseshoe-shaped bar. This is our domain. Our bartender Dennis is an old college roomate of mine, and an outstanding server of spirits.

When you arrive tell the host/hostess you are with "D5G" or "Detroit 5th Gen."

Non-D5G customers will be seated over in the main area according to the manager at the RB.

The besides the bar stools themselves, 5 high top tables will be reserved for us and seat 20 people, we will have appetizers for all the high-top squatters. But feel free to order off the menu if you did not grab dinner or see something you like.

There is at least one long sit-down table toward the front of the bar that we have reserved for anyone ordering dinner off the menu. There is also a booth in the corner where the bar and kitchen entrance meet. That should also be reserved for more of us who want to sit down and eat dinner at the restaurant.

We'll have two servers assigned to us as a group.

For everyone else grab a standing spot and borrow some table-top to rest your drink on.

Frinday nights around 7 are already a busy time for the 'Bucket and the Wings game will draw more people than usual. Please plan to arrive on time so we can claim our reserved space.

About parking, Rusty Bucket is unable to reserve parking for us, but we can reserve our own at the Bank next door, which closes at 6pm. I think that by 7pm it will be clear and we can fill it with the 20+ Camaros. I'm taking a chance that we won't get any rain. Look for my Black SS/RS over there, remove the orange cones that I will have strategically placed to box out anything that isn't a Camaro, and fall right in line. I'm bringing a camera too so we can get good picks of the cars all lined up.

Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Remember to represent the club with class!

Does that mean represent the club that has class, or we should have class while representing the club.
I can do one of them.

It might also be nice if we could get an outside group photo before the sun goes down.
