ya, i didn't notice them until i hung up, and just waited for them to put on their lights as i started my car and drove away (they parked 20 yards infront of me w/ their lights on!)

so no harm no foul i drove home after their interference.

Civilian cops outside the gate or inside? Civilian cops guns for speeders outside the gate here (Hickam AFB), but only because the wing commander (cough *douche* cough) asks them to. Maybe a similar case in your instance

i believe all Camaro's are governed, the V-8 I think I may have read on the forum someone said 155. So I'm gunna guess that V-6 is governed at 125ish

V6 w/ 18 inch wheels is governed at 115.

V6's with 19 and 20 inch wheels are governed at 155 just like the V8.

Its because of the speed rating on the tires. If you put some high-performance tires on the 18 inch wheels, you could get the governor retuned.

I have been 112 according to the digital speedo and it was still going up but I had to shut it down due to the net at the end of the track.

It stops well from that speed to considering its a 3700lbs pig.
