Tag,

I hope they have a new pair of tires for ya when you pick up the car. I would have been a bit upset too, totally understandable

Well...these are the only vids they show. But, I know they only put 12 miles on it. Yes, there were a few dyno runs. I'll put up the data on that as soon as I get it. That made some miles on the car too. I agree it looked bad. But, it was high rpm's....with one burnout. Lord knows I'll do a few too....but just not so early.

I want to see and hear that thing when you get it down here!!!
Oh, we are going to take a spin for sure! This set up is available from SW's and is also available in a different set up from Tom Henry. This is what Tom is putting on all his cars.....wonder why...sound like an exhaust from HELL!!! ....which is a good thing....

You can order the exhuast and have it shipped or take your ride to them...or to Tom...or, if you are in SA, have it shipped and toss the darn thing on yourself. It'll take a day or more to do it...depends on your level of expertise. But, yeah...you can order it for sure. I can't wait to see the dyno numbers!

I'm sure there will still be some of those knobby thing a ma jigs on there. But, if we go the route I am really hoping for, I won't have to worry about the tires.......as there will be a different set of wheels on there...and new rubber. We'll see if they are ready in time. Maybe not...but we're not sure. This is also why I'm not too ticked.

i think most will agree with that. I think the main thing that has everyone upset here is 1. they didn't even tell the guy. 2. this car is way under 500 miles.

I know everyone says that with new engine building techniques that breakins are not needed but I call the . Should be nice on her for at least the 500 miles and what about the transmission, that need to be broken in too.....

Anyway I would have probably handeled it the same way as TAG. Would have been pissed for a day then it would of hit me how damn bad @ss that exhaust is.

All is well. I was highly pissed off when seeing these videos....I was unaware they "needed to test for certain noises...." I was told "dyno only" as that was supposed to be the deal from SW's. Regardless....all is well. I've gotten over it and am happy with the outcome.

All of Toms cars are offered this exhaust system for his special package deal. This is pretty much the top tier you can get....

Full exhaust.

Long tubes 2", high flow cats, x-pipe, high flow mufflers, 3 inch pipes all the way back to 4" tips.

Not a bad set up for Toms cars, huh.
which mufflers??? i see a couple different options.

2" primaries, isn't that a bit large for a stock motor? Why not 1 7/8..unless you have future plans for this car.

Hoping I get the #'s today. Tom should be taking pix. I'm going to start a new thread since this is technically a THR set up w/ THR logos, etc.

I want to see the gain too.

I should get the info today, I hope. When I do, I'll post up the pictures of the THR set up installed and tested by Stainless Works. Hopefully I get the pix before I go to work. If not, I'll post them up when I get home later tonight.
