Skip - how was your experience with Buff Whelan? I ordered my car from Buff Whelan on the 29th of June and still haven't received an allocation. Just trying to see if they are straight shooters or if I should move my order to somewhere else.

Well you see the time frame from order to delivery on my signature. I can't complain about being under 2 months.
John Weber did all that he could regarding discounts and I've been pleased. The figures that he quoted at order where the figures that I'm paying at closing.
Naturally, he wasn't as enthusiastic as I was about the car and I didn't get a lot of info while it was being built, but I'd buy another car from him and would also refer.
When I ordered, he had a lot of allocations, and I have no idea how the dealer's movement is going now.
Buff Whelan has two from me and I drove 50 miles to buy from him. I would still be waiting to go to 3000 if I purchased in Toledo.

Our car is in the Rail Yard! Just got the email. Still has stripes and Tint and Ground Effects to get done but hoping to pick it up in the next couple of days.

Nope. Standard 2SS wheels. They look great though.

And IOM paint doesn't affect the interior. You get the IO panels with the IO interior package, which I didn't pick. I love the look of the black and silver. I think all that orange (IOM with IO interior) is just a bit too much.

The car is awesome. I haven't had as much gawking and any "hey can I look at your car?" moments but that's probably because of the area I'm in. But I feel like a king every time I walk out to it. I was shopping for groceries and it made me grin when I remembered... damn... I have a 2010 Camaro sitting outside waiting for me. I was walking down to the crapeteria at work the other day and a coworker said "I wouldn't be smiling if I were you" (referencing the crap food selection) but little did he know I was just thinking about my car.
