No header used mainly for a street driven car is worth more than $800 absolute max. I don't care what new design they use, how much better they claim their metal is, if it's built in this country, or whatever gimmick and excuse they use to sell their metal pipes, there isn't one brand that is worth over $800. And $1500? You gotta be kidding me. I'd keep my stock manifolds before paying that much. With that said, I got OBX headers for just over $500. TSP and other companies offer headers at reasonable prices too.

I paid $430 for OBX on Cyber Monday. Just installed last week and fit like a glove. SE has been getting good enough reviews that I would have went that route. I'm a former OBX buyer so was comfortable with the brand/quality. OBX is polished stainless and also has a velocity spike. Both slides slide up from the bottom with no clearance issues whatsoever.
TSP also has a nice product with a huge following. A lot of people buy TSP because they work, are fairly priced, and are a sponsor. Important to keep community sponsors in your radar when purchasing an item. May also be worth holding out for holiday specials.
