So true, got the first ding in my new car the first week I had it, definitely takes the pressure off of keeping it "perfect". Crap happens, I deal with it and move on. Doesn't mean I love my car any less than the next guy, I just realize when you're driving your car on public roads and parking in public lots, its not going to stay brand new forever.

i found the perfect parking spot at my local target. theres a metal railing on one side, and a planter on the other. no can park next to me hehe.

and to those talking about owning your own house. my first and only door ding came from my own room mate...who is driving my other car cuz both of his don't work. such a great way of saying 'thanks'...

Has nothing to do with how expensive it is. Ever see the type of people who go there. Dont get me wrong my wife and i shop there from time to time but you have to admit there are some special people who go there. Last summer some clown pushed his cart pass where you are suppose to put them and hit the rear end of a 60's vette doing big time damage. You should have seen the owners face he looked like he was going to cry. No way im leaving my ride there after waiting for it as long as i have.

I guess it's the neighborhood that the Wal-mart is in. The one close to my house has none of that at all. When people make jokes and post pics it's not relative to the one's I see in this area.

I got a carport and I kept finding scratches on either side that was facing my carport neighbors car...it was my neighbor scratching the car when she would walk past my car with her purse.

I haven't found anything after I told her...but I got a new neighbor to my other side now...Audi A4...cool guy...he also had trouble with the other car next to him...so now we get as close as we can to each other cause we won't damage each others cars lol

I rarely park mine in high risk lots, If I do I take a cell pic of the cars next to me with the plates showing.

Dude double parking your car your just asking for it. For some people for whatever reason it really piss's them off so they park next to you to tick you off. Here's what i do i park at the back but just drive in i do not back into the spot. I come out i hardly ever see a car next to me ever. Double parking is a big time no no imo. It does the opposite what you dont want attention .

Went to have lunch with my wife at her new job last week. Afterwards, walked by to check on her camaro, and found this. She parked there first.
Not real sure what to make of it.

I sometimes think it is on purpose. I park in the farthest spot possible, and it never fails. The worse thing is that it is never a Corvette or anything someone takes care of, it is normally the dirtiest thing you can imagine.
