Raised spoiler for sure!

I am ordering my 2LT RS with the raised spoiler that was an original option on the chevy build your owon site. The dealer checked with the parts department and they are supposedly going to make it happen for my car - wouldn't want the car without it frankly. My first car was 1975 SS with a great spoiler - and I am more excited about this car than I was then. Who says being 56 is too old for a hot car?

Rough carving before fiberglass and body work and CF.

This first "High Wing Spoiler" is going to be done in carbon fiber and should be completed by next week! I had the same CF weave pattern used on the RK Sports Hood with CF insert used on the spoiler for a match!

Second one, will be custom painted to match wifey's new LT that will be done in PINK!

My request to the designer was to keep it simple for installation, and try to the follow the lines of the Camaro!

If you pay attention to the photos, the "High Wing Spoiler" is not a straight line wing, it actually curves to rear lid!

For myself, I want the center brake light and that will be an option to those that want it.

But once the "High Wing Spoiler" is complete, will be ready to paint for $350 plus actual shipping charges to your location.
It does resemble the GM high wing, but seeing it at so many angles...I'd pass. A little too F&F looking for me. I'd love to see someone make a similar, but more subtle version--Like the early thirdgen Trans Am spoilers:

Oh I know, and kudos to you for carving out that curve. I'm an artist myself and I've experienced carving in foam

It not my cup 'o tea because it's too tall too thick, and the pillars are too pronounced for me. Not a knock on your version, I feel the same about GM's. If someone were to create a thirdgen version (with the curve, of course), I'd be all over it.

It's a little too bulky for my taste, But that's the Beauty of it ! We can get all kinds of different spoilers (& other stuff) & Caravan with all kinds of changes too our Camaros, It's called personalizing ! Off the show room floor you could jump into the wrong car, but not after you make it yours. Good or Bad, We make it our own & what you may Hate, I can Love !

Happy New Year !

I do value the feedbacks, this is something I wanted for myself, and to see who else would be interested!

Until then:

Any ballpark idea of what the price will be?
