Not sure. 1st, I already have the OEM spoiler and I'd be concerned how to plug the other holes. 2nd, I'd assume that this would take 2 bolts per leg, so that means maybe 4 new holes. 3rd, it looks fairly high so I would think it would block more of the already limited rear view...
