This whole post of yours is dead on! It's almost as though we've been sold out by the powers that be, with the intention to bring an end to the only true freedom the world has ever known...the United States of America. Right now we're like a heavyweight boxer with a glass jaw. Our future, which I feel is all but inevitable, is so disgusting to try to contemplate in it's totality.

How and when did this all start...yet the better question is, who sold us out and why?! :flag1:

I have a belief/opinion on that one. Honestly I believe it started when big business/bankers etc. back in the late 1800's to early 1900's were allowed to sway governments direction with their money. Like back in the days of J. D. Rockefeller etc... Don't get me wrong what htey did founded a lot of great things, but I also think it opened the door for some very distributive behavior within our Federal government. Since then it's all been about special interests. IMHO. Which I think is what has happened to CA, it's all about someone getting into a position of power and putting things into affect that apply to a small minority that have devastating on everyone and eventually the small minority which has now become the majority. Being Caucasian in CA now is a minority, but do I get minority status, heck no... can I get cheap home loans and or business loans... nope, I can't even qualify for tax free education loans, while others go to college for free because they are a minority... it's all turned into reverse discrimination. But you can't say that because you get people up in arms about it. But it's true. My father works for the Federal Government, he gets passed up for promotion all the time for someone who is a minority, whether it be because of race, or gender, etc... what ever they are short on (they have to meet a certain quota percentage of minorities) he gets passed up even though he may be extremely more qualified than the other person, he has even been told this by the people handing out the promotions...

Anyway I digress again.
