I believe that the entire exhaust is installed for the dyno tests, along with a production intake and accessory drive.

I think that baileyrx was trying to say that when you calculate torque from HP, you're not getting the peak torque number; rather, you're getting whatever the torque is at peak HP RPM. You still don't need to do the formula twice, though -- you generally know the torque at peak torque!
