My car is like a child to me, I worked a long time and saved a lot to put a nice down payment on it. It is my most prized possession (aside from my g/f ) and I'll be damned if some jealous lowlife will damage it. To me it is not just a car, It is a HUGE deal for me and 45k isn't "cheap" to me. Unless a person has absolute trust in their community, then go ahead and take the chance, every week there are stories like this posted up and that just makes me appreciate my storage shed and Jeep a little more

I agree that my car is my baby/most prozed possesion etc (I don't have your g/f so I guess I have to deal - hahaa, j/k ) but I couldn't stand to leave her parked in a tin box forever. I am cautious where I go and park her - I won't park on the street and I always park far out and away from people (and I don't take up two spaces most of the time unless I'm just having an "idiot" day where I can't park right ) so there are close spots for everyone to fight over.
No it doesn't stop a-holes in crappy POS Fords or stupid moms in SUV's with 14 kids parking right ontop of me - but I CHECK my car - and if I see a ding or dent you better believe they are getting an earful. I know accidents happen but some sht is just not acceptable. Esp things like this....you shouldn't have to be paranoid about your car and lock it in a shed for it's life to avoid stupidity from other people.....or asshole-ness...these kids are just asking for

Only $600 for the Hit and Run huh? Lucky you. I parked my badass ride outside and some retarded bitch hit it and cost me a full coverage insurance claim for $3000 plus a 500$ deductible. And I know who did it. Stupid bitch won't admit it though (even when I seen my paint on HER hitch, jackass)

Oh, and just recently (this past weekend) some jackass put their cigarette out on my car above my passenger door. Left some brown shit that I had to scrape off and it left a cloudy spot. Just my f'in luck damnit!

I admit, I'm envious of some of u younger guys for having one at a young age, but I have nobody else to blame except myself. But I'm never going to vandalize somebody elses car just cuz it's nicer than mind. I just think how hard that person has to work to afford that car, which I'm sure some of u are like that. Well put. I was in a rush when I typed that response. I meant to say my car is in the shed at night, I don't have a garage and I don't wanna leave it outside where dumbass kids are. Bee sees plenty of driving and when I leave it outside my house it's pretty much in near sight and my neighbors are pretty good. It's night time that is the killer. I am so glad I have that shed to, my city just got the worst flood in history on July 1, and one hell of a massive storm to follow. I put my car away and 30 mins later..... HAIL like you wouldn't believe. Followed by massive rain and flooding. My neighbor next to me has a Red SS and it was OUTSIDE the entire time. I looked over at his car and it felt like mine was getting beaten on. He has a garage and yet he leaves it outside in a storm like that
