Thats the track it was run at, as can be confirmed from the time slip.

My slowest run has been 13.6 in 2300 foot DA, I average 13.3's and 4's in 1900 foot DA.
Now, with an open mind, compare your car to the other 5.7 Challengers out there. Do you know anyone else with a 5.7 auto running very low 13s, stock? Like I said, the SRT cars I've seen run 13.2, if they're lucky, and that's with the 6.1.

That car would run 12.9 all day long, any SRT I ever lined up against was low 13s at best.

That your 5.7 runs 13.2 makes no sense.
Just as an FYI automatic R/Ts have run as quick as 13.1 BONE stock so his time is totally believable. THe 5.7 is underrated from the factory and 100+ pounds lighter than the SRT8. Also it is well known the autos are the quickest of the R/Ts

STOCK? Seriously?

Then I apologize to ViperTomcat. :( Seriously, I'm sorry.

But, in my neck of the woods, they get their asses handed to themselves on a regular basis. Next time I'm out at the track, I'm bringing a pen and paper to record what I see.

Yep, there are other 5.7's out there that are running low 13's stock or damn near stock. I think the lowest I've seen is 13.1 stock.

On Challengertalk, stock or nearly stock times (CAI only)

Ramairthree (stock) ran 13.3 @ 103
DodgeTony (stock, 3 days old) ran 13.12 @ 108.16

Those are two that I could find on a quick search, there are more that are documented on other sites.

Where is this happening? I mean, I'll be in Detroit next week, and when I hang out at Milan, I see the same thing I see at home. SRTs running low 13s, stock.

Those Challengers could very well have been running with the ESP full on. The ESP in the Challenger R/T is a nagging bitch who seriously retards alot of power with the slightest bit of wheel slip. And I do mean alot, like a half seconds worth of time

They also dont drive the snot out of the cars.

DodgeTony from the Challengertalk forums ran a 13.1 stock, and he is located in Ohio

Once again, I was wrong and I apologize.

Next time I'm at the track, I'm going to go over and talk to one of these guys after they run...

No problem, I'd love to know why their R/T's are running so slow..

THE EVIL TW1N likes his snakes that for sure (based on his sig)

So it's a good thing that his car is cluttered with them everywhere I suppose...

I will never understand why a Mustang owner would come to a Camaro forum or vise-verssa for that matter...

I own a 5.0 Mustang. My Camaro will be here in a few weeks. If I have my way, I'll round out my collection with a Challenger.
