It's $318 for a rear bumper... Most shops will paint and install for around $400.... so I would just head to a good body shop and see what they say. If they don't give you a decent price on the bumper just order it yourself and take it to them.

I always tell people it's their insurance and they have a right to use it, but always call their agents first to get (hopefully) some good advice on what they should do.
Couple dollars? More like couple hundred dollars to avoid it.

*my inspection guy told be about how horrible most paint jobs are for most body work...scared the crap outta me. He referred his guy...(ofcourse) not hating on his shpeil, but just (ofcourse). And he spoke of paint fading and discoloration. Damn I could amost live with this dent If I could just push it in. I dont want a repaint.
The honeycomb part you are reffering to is part of the crumple zone, it is not part of the facia, it is held on by tabs and can be removed to repair the dent. There are a lot of body shops who can do good paint, even the dealer body shops can paint it. Remember that regardless of if you repair it or replace it it will have to be painted, if it's a reputable body shop you should get a warranty for the repair.

So try to push it in then have the dealer repaint it?
