They have a forum on the Indy Camaro website were you can get confirmation. Nothing will be mailed to you.

Hello everybody. My name is Brad and I am a member of CICC. I have scanned through this post and I see that we have a few members helping out and answering questions. I was asked to register here and give some info. I cant post the info tonight, but I promise I will get back to this site and this post asap and answer any questions you may have. We are having weekly meetings at this point and things are coming together fast, but things change just as fast (no worries-nothing bad). Feel free to checkout the msg board @ www.indycamaro.com That is where yo can get alot of answers the quickest. Feel free to send an email from the event website as well. I am personally checking it nearly everyday.

All in all, this is gonna be BIG and you should be there. We have over 300 pre registered cars already and they are coming in by the handful now.

Hope to see all of you in September!!!

Brad, CICC

Indy update from Fbodfather...

Good afternoon, Camaro Comrades and Firebird Friends!
It's only 21 days until many of you arrive in Indianapolis to help celebrate the return of an American Icon.

If you have not already registered, may we gently nudge you to do so if you are going to attend.

Our gracious hosts , the Central Indiana Camaro Club are working feverishly to ensure that everyone has a SPECTACULAR time..........but we suspect that there are a few that have not signed up -- or signed up for the Saturday evening banquet. It's important that we get an accurate count.

For those of you who are not bringing cars -- you can sign up via museum pass. Don't forget the banquet!

Time is of essence.

Meanwhile -- we're working on a list of vehicles for you to "Ride and Drive" while at Indy. Thusfar:

>HHR- SS Turbo
>Cobalt SS Turbo Sedan (NEW for 2009 -- and this may be a real surprise to all of you....)
>Malibu Hybrid
>Tahoe Hybrid
>Silverado Duramax
>Corvette
>Impala SS
>TrailBlazer SS
>Pontiac G8
>Pontiac Solstice

.............and a few others..........

We've got some very special guests coming -- and you're going to want a chance to talk to them about the new Camaro. Among those attending:

>Tom Peters -- Director - GM Design - Camaro/Corvette
>Al Oppenheiser -- Vehicle Chief Engineer -- Camaro
>John Santilli -- Vehicle Line Director - Camaro
>Cheryl Pilcher -- Camaro Product Manager
>John Fitzpatrick - Camaro Marketing Manager

Each of these people (and a few others.....) will be awarding "Celebrity Picks" awards for the Best Chevrolet and Best Pontiac.

Our good friend Linda Fenton has been working very hard to pull together both a Silent Auction - and a Saturday Night Auction -- (and someone tells us that there will be a limited quantity of "The Fbodfather's Private Reserve" wine.............

Lest you forget -- we have a great concert planned for Friday early evening -- the Jolie Holliday Band -- not to be missed!!!

So!............log on right away -- at www.indycamaro.com

We can hardly wait to see you there!

So wait a second...we are still supposed to register if we don't have a vehicle? I hadn't done that yet.

Only need to register if you are going to attend the banquet only. If you are not bringing a car or attending the Banquet you do not need to register. Spectators will be allowed into the show area with a IMS Museum ticket stub ($3.00).
