Prefer not to get the niks and dings in it from daily use. I supervise several employees and don't won't a disgruntle knuckle head to take thier underperformance out on my baby. So I drive my Xterra to work and let it get beat up in the concrete jungle. I whip around town on the weekends.... Gives me that Doctor Jekel and Mr. Hyde feeling.. or Bruce Wayne and Batman feeling..

1. I work a long distance from home and near a lot of road construction (temporary) and I park in a very busy parking lot and don't want door dings and scratches. 2. See above 3. Not really i know I can go home and get mine anytime I want.

2.) I just don't care. I have a DD and I make the payments on both. 3.) Nope, I just don't care. Let them get theirs all beat to hell and hit in parking lots, or vandalized. With all that said do with them as you please, because clearly I just don't care.

Because it's not your car! Why the hell do you care what we do with ours? Drive yours and be happy, and let those of us that do it the way we do be happy in our own way. Let it go dude.

this. seriously, I don't see why anyone needs to be worrying about what anyone else does with their things. different people, different situations. I'm all for living in the here and now but my camaro barely hit 700miles after owning for a few months now. for the simple reason, as someone stated already on here, that it isn't the most amazing thing in the world to me and don't fall asleep just thinking about how gorgeous it is. I've other cars/bikes and just get whatever is easier/more convenient at whatever time. you paid "a whopping" $25-40k for it and are going to ride the wheels off of it and get your moneys worth? good for you. not my, or anybody else's, business what you do with your possessions. you guys can "facepalm" and "congratulate" the "joneses" here for "having it made" all you want but as shocking as it may seem not everyone lives on the same income amount or budget. some have more some have less. some don't think the amount spent is something to lose sleep on. some are living paycheck to paycheck. and some way above their means. don't worry about other people and just take care of your own business. watch how the world still spins.

No, I do want to post in this case, because I'm sick of people wondering why & and sticking their nose where it need not be. In mine and everyone else's business. It's not just on here either, it's rampant everywhere. The news media, and stupid paparazzi like TMZ. If we worried about just our circle of influence then we'd all be much happier.

I get a little chuckle out of this. I mean, I never dreamed anyone would even think about "how little others drive their car"...lol...Really? Not even why would you care, but why even give it a thought?...
Of all the things to think are some kind of "issue", this one takes the cake. Not only is it a question of "low miles", a whole slew of non-sensical perceptions and judgements about the "low mileage" owners themselves is thrown in for good measure! Pretty pathetic, in my opinion. |

6 weeks shy of being 1 yr. old. Still haven't hit 3k miles. I bought my 'vert with the intention of pretty much only driving it on weekends and holidays.
