Wow! I've got a great deal - I pay about $62 a month for TWO cars, my 2010 Camaro RS, AND a VW Jetta w/ liability only. I don't even carry state minimums, I carry ABOVE the minimums! I've even got low deductibles, $100 for collision!

I didn't say nothing about getting ZL1, on the contrary
I said that v6 camaro is a nice car; why drive POS for 5 years to save what? 20k? And then enjoy what? something different? 4k a year is a normal price for 18 y/o, I just don't like that people bitch around saying that he acts not responsibly. |

Back on post #1 topic:
With a horrible driving record I pay $1,190 for 6 months, max/full coverage on 2 late model cars. Not the best rates but not $4,000+ a year for one car. I dunno what's up with your rates.

Driving the V6 alone isn't the problem, but trying to go SS with 0 income is. How about drive a PoS until he's 25 then buy a corvette? A 25 year old buying a corvette, just by not getting anally abused by insurance companies The difference on the car running cost alone would be more than the total cost of a brand new Z06 Plus at 25 with a job, a corvette insurance won't even be over 2000. It's his money, he can spend however he likes. On the other hand people can say whatever they think of him. Freedom is wonderful isn't it?

I pay 62 a month with my 1LT, agent said that the SS wasn't too much more if I ever decided to upgrade.
