I don't want to pay for the alignment just to find out I have to swap out the springs and have to pay for a second alignment again.
no you're fine! I'm talking about Gabe not being able to get his spring seated at all. Our design guys looked at the pictures you posted and like I told you yesterday, you are going to have any issues.

Well, after all our discussion and research, takin on and off the springs, goin to get expertise advice and about week n a half of down time, I have to return the springs and either go with another brand or wait for the new revised design from BMR. Mr Pete and TC from BMR have been very VERY helpful and I thank them greatly.

No. They basically said the same thing Pete and fast performance and everyone said. Haven't had any issues yet but they do see that the top of the spring is wider diameter as well as the end of the coil is higher than other springs. I wasn't gonna pay Phastek to attempt to install the springs that myself and another shop feel that the spring is not gonna seat itself. Didn't want to take the chance of paying them and it still doesn't fit. BMR is goin to "flatten" the top of the spring on the future springs so hopefully nobody else has the same problem.
