I'd hope the cup holders are illuminated. I've run into this problem on every car I own, and finally decided to build my own LED illumination circuit. Hopefully the new Camaro will have this from the factory. This makes it easy to find the cup holder at night rather than stabbing around in the dark with your water, soda, whatever, to find it.

Here's an example of what I did on my 4Runner and it's great:

C'mon now, surely you gest. I don't normally carry beverages other than water...but I'm a water fiend. I drink about 1.5 gallons a day and always have a water bottle in my cup holder.

If you get one of these, substitute bottles of water, you get the added benefit of using it as a g-meter, assuming you can see them in the rear view mirror....

There was TV show that showed how a Z06 is built, there was a bit of film in there that showed the guy explaining how the g-meter on the HUD works using a u shaped tube filled with some water...Great show if you ever get to see it, I think it was on Discovery

I was going to say it's silly to need lights to find your cupholders (you should know your own vehicle better than that), but then I saw what it looks like with bottles of water in it.

Egads, man! It's not a shrine, it's a car -- and specifically a car built to be enjoyed in the good old fashioned American way, by burning rubber in a big heavy high-powered car while eating a $.99 "heart attack in a bag" and drinking a Big Gulp.

So suggest...don't complain.

hopefully its not too late, but GM please fix the lift points and lift points because I can tell any 4th camaro that's had a lift put on that pinch point under the front fenders because they bulge out and look terrible to me

If you get the Leather/Ambient lighting package, your whole interior will be lit up.
