It only has that streak going because Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra are counted as 2 separate trucks, otherwise there have been a few times where that streak would have been broken. The new F150 is a friggin sweet truck though! And that SVT Raptor = WOW!

Just like back in the day Honda said that the civic was the best selling car, but if you combine the cavalier and sunfire, they weren't.

thats GM's fault. not ford's. In my opinion GM should drop one of them and just produce more of the other. makes no sense to me to have the same damn truck with 2 names.

just like the fusion and milan. get rid of that damn milan

as far as the topic of this thread goes. lets all just be thankful that both companies are now doing well and both have better models than anything chrysler produces currently

The reason they don't is because the Sierra is regarded as a luxury version of the Silverado.

How is this a "roll?" A roll would be maintaing the #1 position for over 80 years.. and even when they finally lost it.. it wa only by a few arguable units. I simply have no need to joust on sales after that lil tidbit. But this is for U just in case U need some more salt in the wound.

Needless to say... European MPG is reported as more more than it would be here in the U.S.. Which would be about 31MPG. Interesting enuff the Chevy Cobalt SS is almost as fast (163 vs 156mph top speed) with a 2.0L vs the Ford's 2.5L

Why??? Many GMC owners for some reason won't even consider a Chevy. Even more importantly.. GM gets to charge them extra for that "same damn truck."

i just think its dumb to produce the same damn car/truck with a different name.......always have always will.

lets just say this.......i sure as hell will never buy a foreign truck.......ill take a used F-150 or GM ANYDAY. a used tundra? hell no too rusty!!
