considering we are talking about the whole united states, 4 hours away is your backyard. Maybe your neighbors backyard.

Yeah, not sure I'd be able to make that drive... 2084mi for me. That comes out to 1 day, 10 hours at 4168mi, plus track time- alot to ask of my faithful DD. Will have to think this one over. :/

cus Etown is no where near off the list... That is actually an ideal facility.

Where does this stuff come from?

I actually like the idea of Etown. But the decision isn't mine alone.

And to be making any predictions at this point is silly. We do not have a location picked yet... we haven't even begun negotiations yet...

And the comment about us not listening to the people.. that's a little offensive... FWIW. Maybe you didn't mean it to be. If not that's cool. But please know that the loudest voice is the people... We the staff get to go anyway. And we are making some changes to make it better for the sponsors who want to be where the people are... So please know, the fest is absolutely about you...

No doubt. the fact that so many want to be able to go says a lot about this community.

As long as people keep coming we'll keep doing it.

It was suggested. And looked into...

I got sent, rather promptly, to: www.notgonnahappen.com/goodlucknexttime

It would have been a heck of a good time, though.

Yes, the proving grounds were a blast, was there on the final day of the Hot Rod Power Tour for the Long Hauler Ceremony, but that event was like 4 hours long and they said they could count on one hand the number of times a group has been let in there.
