I like the new one a lot... like the spoiler, and the graphics work.
is it worth the price?? I dont think so, but it is pretty cool.

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

Adam's a great guy!!
Some of you may remember he was at the last Camaro5Fest in Chandler, AZ. And this latest iteration of Bumblebee is my favorite, by far!! Loving the CF-patterned stripes! |

What a HUGE dissapointment!.........Front fender is off, wheels are not even the same, spoiler looks totally different, hood looks bad, paint could have been made darker even if it wasnt "metalic" just a darker shade.....how hard is that?!

Front Fender is production, TF3 was not. To make it so would require impact testing among other things. Wheels - optional 21" just like TF3 Spoiler - no idea...but I'd guess the movie piece is all for show and won't stand up to regular duty. Hood - eye of the beholder? Paint - the story of paint is a long one. In short - the true BB paint is impossible from the factory, and a darker color would require difficult plant adjustments. Dare I pun? These decisions have more than meets the eye... |

I actually like the hood and the spoiler is sweet. Just takes some getting use to.

Nice to see our little car show in Detroit made the Camaro 5 news
It was obviously a real treat for me to have the first production Transformers 3 Camaro debuted at the GM Employee car show the Wednesday before the dream cruise. I was stoked!!!
A special thanks to John Fitzpatrick for making it happen!!!! We had just finished up the first builds of the production test fit cars, and I begged him to rush one down for the crazy car people to see at Woodward for our Design Center Woodward event. As always I had my camera in hand, and took picts of Camaros.......ENJOY!!!! |

The ONLY part not made from the production tools on the Transformers 3 Camaro, was the front fascia upper black out decal. As u can see the Cybertonian symbols were sitting on top of the black, hence they caught lint. The Production symbols are flush, and built into the stripe.
