We (the fam) do have a 2500HD Silverado.. but it's also a company truck that we are gratefully allowed to use liberally. But, should I have to move cross country..they'd put the kaibash on that. I may end up selling the Exploder and buying another winter car should I need it later on..

The Bike should help offset gas prices for the SS if a spike does occur again. This is also something that could be of interest to the topic, as the truck was a graduation present to me from my family to replace my Monte. I owe nothing but insurance on it..so that's why I'm sort of skiddish to sell it off. But if it helps with a down payment..

I think that's exactly what they need!

The old saying. Behind every good man there's a good woman.

I'm still looking for a steelers Jersey BTW...

My fiancee is supportive in a way. I have to buy her a Tahoe first then I can get whatever Camaro I want and she gets no say as to what I get.

My wife can't wait for me to get mine so I won't spend so much time obsessing about it! She will also get to drive from time to time and no matter what she says, she likes sitting on that big rumble!

My wife was originally very supportive of the car....Unfortunately I have talked non-stop about the car and drove her crazy....I think now she is just wanting me to get the car so I will be out of the house and she doesn't have to hear about it anymore!

My wife is supportive. She even wants to help design my car. I don't mind one bit. Ultimately, it's going to be built the way I want it. However, I love her input. She's got a good sense about things.

We were talking the other day about my job and if I were to suddenly die or go into an irreversable coma (basically brain dead). I told her to pull the plug (after a 3rd or 4th opinion, of course).

But, after telling her that, I told her to sell the car for the cash. My immediate thoughts were of the 4th Gen SS. Well, she said, "HELL NO! That baby is MINE!!! I'll LEARN how to drive stick!" I was FLOORED by her honesty. That was powerful...and I had to ask. You are talking about the new Camaro, right? "Uh...yeah. Of couse. I don't want the black Camaro. I can't see the front end. You car is too long. It's getting sold!"

I love my wife. She's great...hehehe

I ordered my car before my girl and I got back together. When I told her about it, she seemed excited for me. She isn't much of a car girl but she supports whatever I do.
