For what it is worth my buddy was able to see the ZL1 at SEMA. He commented that the quality of the carbon was nice up close but the weave was coarser than what he is used to seeing. Here is a pic he took.

Just remember, its not in production yet, so maybe it will be "ironed out" before production starts.

The Carbon Flash Metallic that comes on the 45th Anniversary car is equally impressive BUT it only comes on the 45th car.

That car is soooooo slick-looking...The thought even crossed my mind to cancel and wait for a 2013 in the hopes they make that!

Then I came back down to earth...STILL Very cool, though -- I'd be surprised if this wasn't an option next MY.

What's so different about this one versus a AGM ZL1 w/ CF insert... spoiler and wheels... I'm thinking the spoiler will be available sometime...

My buddy called me from SEMA today about the Carbon. He said there is no green light on the car yet, but if they do give it the green light that the carbon pieces would be available individually. That made me happy because all I want is the spoiler.

To be honest, I would be kinda surprised if they didn't work it into the 2012?
I would have also expected MAYBE even to see 100th anniversary edition, like the Vettes, seeing as how this IS the greatest Camaro of all time?!?

Spoiler, wheels, interior pieces....I suppose it's not groundbreaking...but tying it all together in a package with a name would be easy, and convenient to do.

I've still got to get used to that "AGM" abbreviation...

2012 options are out...given that ordering has started, and that will stop around April...I can't imagine they'd have time to pull together a package for a nearly-already sold out car. Remember it's still only a "concept".

As far as 100 ann....Corvette needed some attention, and it's the King of the Chevy Showroom.

It's a definite no for 2012.

Yeah... Sean from Phasetek said in his thread that it didn't have ABL...

I can see AGM being constrained a bit in the beginning which may make these rare for 2012.
