Bought a Camaro. Want a Camaro. Don't care what else or who else gets better gas mileage or can take a corner at 50 mph.

And look it up, "rice burner" is a term for any vehicle produced by auto manufacturers from that part of the world. Spending $70K on one doesn't change that.

you obviously don't know what "rice burner" means then. from Wiki: "The pejorative is often intended to denigrate cars which have been modified cosmetically to give a false impression of high performance, but are not actually capable of it. The accusation behind this is that the car has been customized with the intent to fool people. "

My 2 previous rides prior to the SS were a Mini S and an M3, both great handling cars. I live off some twisty hilly roads and expected to sacrifice a bit of handling when purchasing the Camaro. So far the SS has taken the same 25 mph turns at 60 mph with very little if any body roll as the Mini and M3.
I look forward to an even better cornering SS when I lower it and purchase wider wheels and tires.

it's also why a lot of people will call a mustang a camaro and vice versa. to anybody not into cars, it's just a sportscar. and to many, mustang=sports car. just like xerox=copier.

I stopped short of bringing racism into it. That's why I said to look it up yourself.

Lots of people use terms without realizing they offend others.

Honestly, it's more of an American made V8 vs. foreign made small engine thing than a racial thing, but the Wiki definition is pretty plain.
