Hey man, I can't personally attest to whether or not I've gained power because I put the pipes on before I had the car broken in, so I never had a chance to run it full out. But a fellow member got significant gains from this cheap and easy mod. Check out this link.

I'd love to do this but I'm not sure how well the inspections would go. Might have to get the slp loudmouth II or equivalent just to bypass the hassle. This sounds absolutely awesome though.

MikeBing we chatted about your exhaust a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to let you know I just got mine done today. Did it just the way you did and the sound level is just perfect, aggressive but not overbearing and another great thing it's a reasonable fix about $150.00 SO THANKS AGAIN FOR THE ADVICE IT WAS RIGHT ON
