I'm curious how the actual LSA block holds up to 780+rwhp. Any feedback on running that power on a LSA block?

I am too. When I asked Mike because I had the same question, he said I shouldn't have a problem.

My new build is stroked to 396 with 2.3 heartbeat blower at 835+ rwhp I'm not confident it will be reliable pushed much more. Can you pull more out of it. Yes

I saw dynos on two different cars this past weekend with stock bottom end LS3 and both were over 900. Tuning is the key.

I think for sure it's possible mlee. But only time wil tell how long it will last. Pulling power out of a block not made for it has to take its toll. I'd still like my engine to be running 50000 miles from now

...and I'm talking LS3 blocks. Two of them have been running 900 rwhp for a couple years now. One has 70k miles on it too.

Power is one thing, rpm is hard on motors. If my power curve is flat enough I may set the limiter at 6000. Supposably the fastest ZL1 is still on stock bottom end and is trapping upper 140's with a 9.3 on 150 shot of nitrous. If that's true that's pretty impressive for the stock block.

Pulling that much power out of a block not designed for it is hard on it period. I've seen Stephens videos. They are very impressive. Is it reliable. Nobody knows. Unless you know something we don't.

One twin turbo and the other ECS supercharged. Another one in town over 1k on stock bottom end is also turbo.

We do crank up the timing at the track but that dyno pull showing 704 whp was on 18 degrees of timing, at the track we run 25-26.

Same here. 17 on pump and 28 at the track on race gas

FSP blower cam, Matt at FSP has the specs on it. I'm making 15.5 lbs of boost. Have done all the usual mods, Pfadt tri y LTs, cai, ported throttle body. Heads, blower and snout were all ported by Lee Latozke racing head service. I think that's everything. My car just works. My best run of 9.82 was run with a DA of 1244. It should go faster but have not had a cool day to run when the track was good. I'm hoping to go 9.69 if I ever get that right combo of good track prep and cool air. My only vehicle and I drive it every day.
You pump me up man...these cars are made to be driven imo

Wow. You guys are running a lot of timing with race gas. May I ask what octane you're running for that timing?
