This is my everyday driver, would I be sacrificing any fuel economy? What is cost to tune? Any warranty issues tunning it? Curious, how can this be done via e-mail?

Stock VARARAM
Hey guys. Just wanted to add my own personal results. The ONLY thing I have in addition to VaraRam is an MBRP 3" Cat Back. Results 20RWHP and 30RWTQ
And HELL-YES - Patrick knows is stuff about flow. To those who smacked Vararam during their rollout, it could be time to re-consider. I picked up a solid 15-20MPH around a road course.

I do not know the AFRs for the pull, but I will try and get them tomorrow.

My Vararam Results
The great tech guys at TORQ, in Miramar Florida are much more knowlegeable and technically adept than I. I just drive the car - they tune it. I asked about the AFR, and Paul Meister from TORQ tried to help me understand what it is that they do. The short of it is that they work with many parameters within engine management system, and there are a variety of items that are changed to achieve the results I posted. I wish I had a better explanation but I am sure any quality tuner would also be reluctant to "give away" the little bits of uniquness that makes their tune different from someone else's. If you are close (south florida), I highly recommend dropping by their shop (www.gettorq.com) or call Paul or Erik at 954-251-2110.

So I thought that your gains were just from adding the Vararam with no tune. Now what your saying, without saying it, is that they DID tune! If you did tune, what were the gains of just the Vararam on a stock tune? Most tuners would, and should, map the A/F during a tune and plot it, especially when requested. I wouldn't get a dyno tune without knowing what the A/F is incase they put too much timing in or set it up to run too lean! I'm not dissing your tuner I just think that knowing what the A/F is is just as important as the HP and TQ curve!
