As an amused onlooker I think I should point out a few things before this thread gets axed (not asked, axed).

jrc1122 - Ok, you don't like the spoiler. Quit exaserbating the situation with your comments and move on. If people act the way you act towards anyone with any kind of idea - nothing would get done. You don't like the spoiler, we heard (read) you.

thespymaster - take a chill pill. There are obviously some folks interested in your spoiler. Be the better person, take the high road before you get banned and have 1 less place to find enthusiasts.

jcr1122 - you need to stop coming to this thread over and over. You say "no I do not like it" and move on. You do not have a Camaro and neither do I (yet lol) so you have no reason to keep commenting on it.

thespymaster - just ignore the haters. Majority of the people on here are stuck in 1969 and hate anything different. I personally like it, but I am going with a different spoiler when I get my Camaro. I would stop saying some of the things you are saying because you are being a little childish and you will get banned.

No for me, seems a bit big an high, it's already a bad view looking out the rear view and I think this woul just make it worse.

Anyway what is the deal with all the "ricer" comments on this board in general. I know what it means and quite frankly it can be construed as "racist" or demeaning to Asians.

How would we feel if everyone driving "ricer's" refered to people camaros's or chevy's as "redneck riders". I mean really come on folks.

And to the guy that doesn't even have a camaro what is the point of you posting here anyway, you don't have one and don't seem to want one so why post here?

I must say I'm old school and would love to think things could be like they were in 69. But, the more I look at the pic's the more I think I looks pretty cool. I would want the brake light mounted in it for a clean look , and It needs the gfx package to complete the look. These cars aren't really like the 69's anyway and are more modern looking. I was thinking If you called it a pedestal spoiler I thing it wouldn't get a stigma with it. A lot of cars over the years had pedestal spoilers and were not ricers.

For the record, I'm not a man. I'm a middle-age woman who didn't want to hang out with little girls, but they kept showing up at a few forums I was on on for a different topic I used to be interested in. They just showed up to argue with us older ladies for unknown reasons and that got old real fast. I would hate to see that happen here too, so I gave that little story.

As far as the slang term I won't repeat, the '69 Mach 1 Mustang (which is one of many cars I always wanted ) had a wing along with many other older muscle cars, and that was way before the Japanese cars started showing up over here. So there is history for a wing, perhaps not so much on a Camaro, but I have seen a few on older ones.

We don't have to agree on every modification, that would be boring and take away from individualism. Remember, united we stand, divide we fall and the later is what the 'man' wants and I say f**k the 'man'.

So back to - pics, pics, pics, I and hubby(he's on board for a wing too) want so see pics!
