Hey Mole, do you know how the factory stripe process works, i know it gets shipped to another lot, but does it have to come back, then get shipped to the dealer? And if you know, do you know how long it usually takes for a car to get striped?
Thanks alot Mole, any info would be great!

Hey Mole,
Do you think they will lift the dealer allocation anytime soon? Thanks for all of the great info.

+1!! No doubt, GM needs some retooling, but I'm hoping there are as few job losses as possible (none would be ideal of course, but we all know that's pretty much not happening... :() And hopefully, no one from Oshawa gets cut!

And I, as are many others, am so very grateful!! Keep your eye out for an IBM 2SS coming to Tarpon Springs, FL in the coming months. I know you don't know where they're all going, but just to be safe... Since you're giving such great info today, any word on all stripes being done in the factory soon?

Mr. Mole,

I heard that you normally close down during the summer like around June 29th.

Have you heard if this will happen this year with everything happening?

Thanks.

Geez, you would have thought that this AMERCICAN ICON would have been built in AMERICA and not Canada.
Doesn't Canada have it's own cars...like the English, French, and Germans?
(Thankfully, my Vette was built in Bowling Green, Kentucky! Right here in the good 'ole USA)

I just wanted to say thank you Mole and to everyone in the plant and on the project - the car is incredible and the attention to detail and assembly I think is one of the best.
BTW here she is all waxed up

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=14725&page=10

Show the picks off and post in the plant - its a car GM and all the workers can be very proud of.

Get comfortable, i've been 3300 for a month now. What's the hold up Mole? Is it CGM stripes? Something in the RS package?
